Calvin Harris made his India debut in Mumbai on 18 April 2026, with a large crowd gathering at Infinity Bay, Sewri. The event also featured activations by Mentos, from the house of Perfetti Van Melle, which added interactive elements for the audience during the concert.

Around 30,000 fans attended the show, where Mentos created on-ground experiences designed around participation and audience engagement. One of the key features of the night was the Mentos Popstar Cam, a digital activation that focused on the crowd during the performance. Fans featured on the big screen were highlighted for their energy and dance moves, being called the “real popstars” of the evening.

The brand also brought back the Mentos Ice Tunnel, an installation designed as a sensory “cool zone.” The walkthrough was created to offer a break from Mumbai’s heat, combining visual and sensory elements. The installation became one of the most photographed parts of the venue during the event.

Calvin Harris performed a set of his popular tracks, marking his first live show in India. The concert combined music, visuals and crowd interaction, with the audience playing an active role throughout the event.

Speaking about the activation, Gunjan Khetan, Director – Marketing, Perfetti Van Melle India, said, “Gen Z and young millennials don’t just attend concerts; they turn them into content, community, and culture. Live music is where energy comes alive in real time, and everyone wants to feel like they’re part of the moment. With Mentos, we’re showing up where culture is, creating fan-first experiences that go beyond the product. Calvin Harris’ India debut in Mumbai was the perfect stage to bring our ‘Mentos Zindagi’ vibe to life,” said Gunjan Khetan, Director – Marketing, Perfetti Van Melle India.

The presence of Mentos at the event focused on building interactive moments around music culture and live entertainment, with the crowd becoming central to the experience of the concert.
