Britannia Industries rejigs leadership team, Manoj Balgi & Vinit Mahadevan get new roles
Vinay Singh Kushwaha, Chief Technical and Strategy Officer of the company, retires today
Britannia Industries has reshuffled its leadership team and announced new roles for Manoj Balgi and Vinit Mahadevan. As per the stock exchange filing, the changes are made in the Senior Management Personnel of the company.
Additionally, Vinay Singh Kushwaha, Chief Technical and Strategy Officer of the Company will be retiring from the company on July 31.
Manoj Balgi, Chief Procurement Officer will be re-designated as the Chief Manufacturing and Procurement Officer of the company with effect from August 1 while Vinit Mahadevan, Head of Strategy and Business Development will become part of the Executive Committee and Senior Management Personnel of the Company from August 1, the filing stated.
"Mr. Vinay Singh Kushwaha, Chief Technical and Strategy Officer of the company will be retiring with effect from close of business hours of 31st July, 2024", the filing added.
