Digital marketing company LS Digital is reportedly set to foray into the US market and has unveiled a new organisational structure to allow for global expansion. As part of the restructuring, the organisation has integrated three agencies—Langoor Digital, F1 Studioz and Social Panga—that it acquired over the last two years.
The organisation has announced a new organisational structure with six chief executives – Venugopal Ganganna and Girisha Gowda from Langoor; Gaurav Arora and Himanshu Arora from Social Panga; Santosh Shukla and Dhayan Kumar from F1 Studioz.
As per the new structure, the founders of all the acquired companies have been named co-founders of the holding company.
