MCA penalises LinkedIn India, Satya Nadella & Ryan Roslansky

The ministry of corporate affairs has penalised LinkedIn India, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky.
A Rs 2-lakh penalty has been imposed for failing to comply with provisions under the Companies Act and not disclosing significant beneficial ownership, media reports said.
Eight other indviduals have been fined up to Rs 5 lakh in the case.
Microsoft had reported its strongest financial quarter to date in January this year after becoming a $3 trillion company. Its profit for the October-December quarter had soared to 33%, powered by its significant investments in Artificial Intelligence.
