X India posts total revenue of Rs 208 crore in FY23

Twitter Communications India Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Twitter International Unlimited Company (now X), has recorded a total revenue of Rs 207.69 crore for FY 2022-23. The company had made a total revenue of Rs 156.8 crore in the previous fiscal.
According to the company’s financial data, accessed by Tofler, the total expenses of the microblogging platform were found to be Rs 168.2 crore as on March 31, 2023, down from Rs 182 crore in FY22.
The company has posted a loss of Rs 1.4 crore for the financial year ending March 31, 2023.
The employee benefit expense of the company dipped to Rs 130 crore from Rs 136 crore while the depreciation and amortisation expenses were recorded at Rs 8 crore in FY23, compared to Rs 6.2 crore in FY22.
