Rameet Arora has exited from his role as Senior Director (Corporate Communication, Menu Management at McDonald’s India – HRPL) at McDonald’s India last month. At McDonald’s his mandate was to drive consumer-centric growth for brand and business
Arora had joined McDonald’s in July 2010, from his previous role as the Marketing Head of Colors. Arora who was part of the founding team of Colors, which he joined in 2008, had spearheaded all marketing verticals for the channel. This included consumer as well as trade verticals. He was credited with uniquely positioning many of its shows in the entertainment space.
Arora has also been a part of Leo Burnett India for eight years.
Arora grew up in Delhi; he is a graduate in Economics from St Stephen’s College, and has an MBA degree from NMIMS Mumbai.
He began his advertising career with Arms Communications in 1996. His other stints in advertising include Rediffusion, McCann-Erickson and Leo Burnett.
