Rajiv Verma, Chief Executive Officer of HT Media has decided to step down from his position. He will continue in his current role till his successor joins, the Board of Directors announced.
Post the new CEO joining, Verma would continue to remain associated with the Company in an advisory role. The Board while accepting his resignation recognized Verma's contribution in bringing HT Media to a leadership position in the media industry, and has also initiated the process of identifying his successor.
Shobhana Bhartia, Chairperson on behalf of HT Media said: "We would like to thank Rajiv for his dedicated effort and significant contribution through his tenure spanning over 14 years with the company."
