Jagran Prakashan Ltd, the parent company of Dainik Jagran, reported its quarterly results for September 2025. The company recorded a 36.7% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit. Profit for the quarter reached Rs 56.93 crore.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, profit in the same period last year was Rs 41.64 crore. Revenue from operations grew 4.7% during the quarter, reaching Rs 467.36 crore.
In comparison, revenue had been Rs 446.50 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal.
According to media reports, Standalone profit after tax rose by 30.3% to Rs 61.73 crores. The company faced margin pressure with EBITDA declining by 1.3% to Rs 66.60 crores and EBITDA margin contracting by 87 basis points to 14.25%.
Advertisement revenues grew by 12.9%, while circulation revenues slightly declined. Digital revenue remained flat at Rs 20.27 crores.
