Mathrubhumi Printing and Publishing Co Ltd recorded a total revenue of Rs 620.6 crore for the financial year ending March 31, 2023, up from Rs 535.7 crore in the previous fiscal.
According to the company's financial data accessed by business intelligence platform Tofler, the company’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 608 crore in FY 23, up from Rs 528 crore last financial year.
The total expenses of the news platform stood at Rs 658 crore in FY 23, up from Rs 533 crore in FY 22.
The Kerala-based company’s ad expenses stood at Rs 11.86 crore this fiscal, up from Rs 8 crore in the last financial year.
The company suffered a loss of Rs 26.68 crore this financial year, compared to its total profit in FY 22 at Rs 2.29 crore.
