RAM Rambling: Bangaloreans prefer Big FM in the morning
Big FM continues its undisputed lead in the Bangalore market in the morning slot between 7 am and 11 am. As per RAM data for Week 31, the FM station has garnered a market share of 20.7 per cent. Placed second is Radio Mirchi, which has secured a market share of 16.9 per cent, followed by Radio City with a 12.8 per cent market share.

Big FM continues its undisputed lead in the Bangalore market in the morning slot between 7 am and 11 am. As per RAM data for Week 31, the FM station has garnered a market share of 20.7 per cent. Placed second is Radio Mirchi, which has secured a market share of 16.9 per cent, followed by Radio City with a 12.8 per cent market share.
Fever FM was at No. 4, reporting a market share of 11.6 per cent in Week 31. The station was followed by AIR FM 1 Rainbow, which had a market share of 10.3 per cent. Radio One was placed sixth with a market share of 9.4 per cent, while SFM/ Red FM has a 8.6 per cent market share.
Vivid Bharati reported a market share of 5.8 per cent in Week 31, followed by Radio Indigo with a market share of 2.5 per cent market share. Akashvani reported a market share of 0.4 per cent, while Gyan Vani secured a market share of 1.1 per cent.
