After Epic TV, Kalinga gets MIB nod

Close on the heels of giving its nod of approval to Epic TV, (MIB signals end of Epic wait) the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has given a license to Kalinga TV, owned by Kalinga Media Entertainment Limited.
While Kalinga got the license in the news category, Epic has got its license in the non- news category.
Kalinga News will be available in English, Hindi, Oriya and all other scheduled Indian languages.
Kalinga Media & Entertainment Private Limited currently has four Active Directors / Partners: Adwaita Garanayak, Umapada Bose, Himansu Sekhar Khatua, Dwiti Chandragupta Vikramaditya.
It is classified as Indian Non-Government Company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Cuttack.
