The exchange4media Group hosted the third edition of the English Journalism 40 under 40 on Tuesday, August 13. The spectacular awards ceremony was held at the India International Centre (IIC) in New Delhi. The awards recognised, honoured individuals under the age of 40 and celebrated the best of the best English journalists. e4m English Journalism 40 under 40 recognises professionals across print, television and digital mediums.
The e4m English Journalism 40 Under 40 list includes journalists under the age of 40 who have made a significant mark and reached the pinnacle of success through their work. This list includes editors, reporters, anchors, journalists, marketing & digital media professionals, videographers, news producers & video editors from the media industry.
The awards honour excellence across various domains of journalism, including print and television and shine a spotlight on individuals who have made a significant impact with their groundbreaking work. From editors, anchors, marketers, reporters to media professionals, news producers, and more, the awards seek to honour individuals who have demonstrated exceptional talent, innovation and creativity in their respective fields.
The nominees of the e4m English Journalism 40 under 40 were judged by the esteemed jury on several parameters like Career History, Leadership, Creativity / Innovation, New Initiatives (Internal & External), Awards & Recognition (Internal & External), Impact & Influence and Growth Prospects. This year, the jury chair was Sukumar Ranganathan, Editor-in-Chief, Hindustan Times while Dr Annurag Batra, Chairman and Editor in Chief, BW BusinessWorld and Founder, e4m and Sonia Singh, Editorial Director, NDTV, were the co-jury chair.
