Aditi Tyagi moves on from Bharat Express

Aditi Tyagi has moved on from Hindi news channel Bharat Express as Group Executive Editor and a senior anchor, exchange4media has learnt. 

According to reliable sources, Tyagi has joined News18 India.

Talking to Samachar4Media, Upendra Rai, CMD and Editor-in-Chief of Bharat Express News Network, says, "Aditi Tyagis journey of about one and a quarter years with Bharat Express was very wonderful. She worked here with full hard work and dedication and made an invaluable contribution to the growth of the channel. We wish Aditi Tyagi all the best for her future endeavours."

While we have reached out to Tyagi, she is yet to respond to our queries at the time of filing this story.

Before Bharat Express, Tyagi was a senior anchor as well as deputy editor with Zee News. She was associated with the channel for almost a decade. Tyagi has nearly two decades of experience in anchoring, reporting and production in TV, print, digital and radio. She has worked with many major broadcasters.

Tyagi has covered news from around the world including the United Nations, climate summit, Paris attacks and Brussels attacks. Additionally, she has anchored high profile visits of heads of state, international summits, political debates and breaking news coverage.

Before Zee News, she was also associated with TV Today TV (now India Today TV) for more than seven years. Apart from this, she has also previously worked in CNBC TV 18 and The Pioneer.
