Big FM Chennai gets PB Ramaswamy as Station Head

Big FM Chennai has appointed PB Ramaswamy as its Station Manager, following the recent resignation of Zarine Menon.

After appointing Sabita Kath as Regional Director for the South region, Big FM has found a replacement for Zarine Menon, who had quit as Station Manager of Big FM Chennai recently. PB Ramaswamy has been appointed as Station Head of Big FM, Chennai.

Ramaswamy, a science graduate from the University of Madras, comes on board with over 15 years of media experience and tremendous expertise in sales. In his new role as Station Head, Ramaswamy will oversee the entire functioning of the Chennai station. Ramaswamy started his career with M&N Publications and subsequently handled sales at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd, and was Regional Head with both Saregama and Primesite.

Commenting on his appointment, Ramaswamy said, “I am very delighted to be the Station Head of Big FM, which has been creating waves in the city. We have a great product to offer with talented people on board, and together with the entire team, I am confident that we will continue to put up a great show, as has been done this far.”
