Communications professional Neha Kumaar Garg has joined EXL as Vice President of Internal Communications.

She announced the move through a LinkedIn post: "After years of crafting brand narratives for organizations, I've come to realize that what truly endures, regardless of the audience, is the heart of any brand—its people. And what better place to create people focused narratives than at a 25-year-old global data analytics and digital operations and solutions company with presence in 6 continents and powered by 55,000 passionate individuals. The top executive has nearly two decades of experience across diverse industries, including consulting, education, pharmaceutical, agrochemicals, and technology.

She has been instrumental in implementing strategies that build and drive awareness and connect internal and external audiences to the organisation’s mission, values, and achievements.

Previously, she was Director Marketing Communications at Axtria - Ingenious Insights.

She has also worked with PI Industries, Jubilant Life Sciences and Elixir Consulting.
