Initiative UK has appointed Rachel Coffey as its new Chief Strategy Officer. She made the announcement on LinkedIn. Prior to this, Rachel Coffey was with Mindshare for over 13 years and held several leadership roles. She last held the position of Strategy Partner where she looked after some of UK's biggest accounts M&S, Unilever Beauty & EON Next.

Rachel will lead Initiative's strategy team and is the first senior hire under new CEO Will Spence, marking the beginning of a bold new chapter for the agency.

Rachel Coffey is a seasoned professional with a demonstrated history of working on UK-focused media planning and strategy for over 13 years. Her expertise lies in Marketing Strategy, Brand building and Media Planning and working on brands that are at the cutting edge of culture.

She has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world driving innovation and excellence in media strategy and planning, recognised with Titanium and Grand Prix at Cannes Lions in addition to golds at Media Week.
