Sonia Shenoy moves on from CNBC TV18

Sonia Shenoy, Assistant Executive Editor at CNBC TV18, has decided to move on after 16 years. Shenoy announced the news of her departure in a long post on X.  

“16 years ago I joined this wonderful organisation and what a wild ride it has been. I’ve had the privilege of meeting and learning from some of the savviest investors, market gurus, and corporate leaders. A front row seat to every financial crisis, market milestone and geopolitical event. And importantly I cultivated a deep passion for investing in the stock markets and the magic it can create in your life”, her post on X read.

"Today as I step down from my role as Assistant Executive Editor, I leave with some amazing memories, so much growth and life long friends", she added.

Sonia Shenoy joined CNBC TV18 in September 2008 and has held several leadership roles at the organisation.

Shenoy is a seasoned media professional who has worked in the broadcast media industry. She is skilled in Equity Research Analysis, Journalism, Stock Market Analysis, Broadcast Television, and Research. She is a graduate from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
