This time, Kunal Kishore, Founder-Director, Value 360 Communications came forward and honoured all the women who nurtured and supported him in his journey. He also shared how his wife helped him enter the PR industry and the challenges they faced while establishing Value 360 Communications, a reputable organization together as a power couple.

Who do you consider your primary female role model and how has she played a significant role in your success?
If I had to mention specifically, I’d say my primary female role model is my wife, Manisha. She has been there since the beginning of my PR journey. In fact, she was the one who urged me towards this direction and found me my first PR opportunity. From there to establishing our own communications firm together, we have come a long way and I have only seen her grow and evolve. She has been by my side as a partner, a support system, and just someone who I can share every part of my life with.
Further, I see every exceptional woman who has impacted my life as a role mode. My mother, mother-in-law, sisters, colleagues, clients, and many more have inspired me throughout my life.
What specific lessons or qualities have you learned from the women you've worked with or encountered throughout your career?
I've observed and endeavoured to emulate certain qualities in women that truly stand out, such as their ability to work diligently without seeking validation from others. Women often demonstrate remarkable resilience and dedication, persevering through challenges both professionally and personally. It's this intrinsic drive and commitment to excellence that I deeply admire. This is also the reason why I believe that we must acknowledge and appreciate their contributions whenever possible, recognizing the invaluable role they play in our collective success.
What unique qualities or perspectives do women bring to the PR industry, and how has this diversity contributed to the success of your agency?
In my experience, women bring in a distinctive blend of qualities and perspectives that are a perfect fit for the PR industry. Chief among these is their innate talent for building connections which is the heart of our business. Women excel as communicators, and can resonate with different stakeholders on a deeply human level. This ability to forge genuine connections is a great contributor to success in this field.
Moreover, women bring a meticulous approach to planning and organization, which I've come to deeply appreciate. Their penchant for detail-oriented strategizing helps them stand out in our fast-paced, deadline-driven industry. Apart from this, women's natural aptitude for juggling multiple tasks is exceptional.
Simply put, the diverse perspectives and unique qualities that women bring to the PR industry not only enhance our agency's capabilities but also contribute significantly to our ongoing success.
