Mumbai-based real estate development company DB Realty has called for a creative pitch. It is learnt that several creative agencies are in the fray for the business. Rediffusion Y&R is the incumbent agency.
The brief given to the agencies is to build the brand DB Realty and take it to the next level. The real state player will be advertising mainly in print, OOH and also through BTL activities.
Established in the late seventies, DB Realty is one of India’s leading real estate developers with presence in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, IT Parks and gated communities. Its existing product portfolio ranges from upscale buildings, lavish villas and some of the most elite malls in the country, with new developments coming up at a fast pace.
