Calling the passing of adman Bobby Sista an irreplaceable loss for the industry, Co-founder and Chairman of RD&X, Ashish Bhasin, expressed sadness over losing a veteran of the advertising industry.
"Bobby Sista was a thorough gentleman and many amongst us looked upon him as an idol. Well after his retirement, he led an active and meaningful life by contributing towards several social causes," he said.
Bhasin added that he was happy that the Advertising Agencies Association of India honoured him with a lifetime achievement award while he was still around.
Bhasin further said that this year has made the advertising industry poorer with the passing of many senior colleagues like Bobby and Brendan Pereira, the last remaining people from their generation.
