Orchard Advertising, Chennai, has bagged the creative and media mandate of Vijay Shanthi Builders. According to industry sources, the account size is pegged in the region of Rs 7-8 crore.
Naresh Jain, Director, Vijay Shanthi Builders, confirmed the development but refused to comment.
Vijay Shanthi Builders, part of the Vijay Shanthi Group of Companies, was incorporated in 1978. The company has handled many prestigious projects in and around Chennai. It has been in the construction business for over 20 years and has established a name in the property development market.
Vijay Shanthi Builders has completed 33 projects adding up to a total constructed area of over 2.6 million sq. ft. The group is also a name to reckon with in finance, mineral water and cement. It is also involved in resort development.
