RK Swamy and BBDO have decided to end their partnership of 37 years, as per media reports.

The decision has been taken due to strategic reasons, reports said.

RK Swamy will be buying out BBDO's stake in RK Swamy BBDO. Similarly, BBDO will be buying out RK Swamy's stake in BBDO India.

The decision was reportedly announced in a company statement.
