UTV is looking for a logo designing and creative agency for its forthcoming youth venture ‘Bindass’. UTV began the process with the announcement of a creative pitch last week. Following this, it has invited four agencies to pitch for ‘Bindass’.

According to information from UTV officials, the four agencies are McCann Erickson, Ogilvy & Mather, Lowe and Vyas Giannetti Creative.

The production house didn’t offer much on what the ad spends of the new entity would be like but has divulged that it would be substantial given the way media brands are advertising today.

As is known, ‘Bindass’ is a JV between UTV and Malaysia-based Astro Measat. In context to the advertising, while one part of the challenge would be to attract the elusive youth TG, it is also important that the brand makes a place for itself in the cluttered media environment.
