VLCC appoints O&M as its creative agency; ac size Rs 10 cr

O&M will be the new creative partner for the beauty and health care brand VLCC. Till now, the incumbent agency Equus Red Cell was handling the personal and health care product line of VLCC. According to sources close to the development, the combined worth of the account is estimated to be an upwards of Rs 10 crore.

VLCC has appointed Ogilvy & Mather (O&M) Delhi as its creative partner. Equus Red Cell was handling the healthcare and personal care products business of VLCC. The combined worth of the entire portfolio is estimated to be upwards of Rs 10 crore. The agency will be doing print campaign, outdoor hoardings and BTL activities such as in-store promotions for the wellness brand.

Post VLCC's launch, the business was assigned to JWT. After 13 years with JWT, the group divided the creative duties between Equus Red Cell, which handled the healthcare segment, and M&C Saatchi, which was handling the personal care products. In August 2007, VLCC consolidated its entire portfolio with Equus Red Cell.
