Bombay Realty, the real estate venture of the Wadia Group, is on the lookout for a creative partner. Industry sources have confirmed that the pitch is in its initial stages and is currently underway in Mumbai.
Bombay Realty is led by Jeh Wadia, who also manages the other businesses for the Wadia Group, and is Managing Director, Go Air and Bombay Dyeing.
Bombay Realty’s developments include the Island City Centre located in Dadar and The Wadia International Center in Worli, a luxury mixed use project that includes residences, offices, business centres, a luxury hotel, mall and service apartments.
