ABP News Network has appointed Kavita Dasan as HR Head, as per media reports.
Prior to this, Dasan was Vice President, Human Resources, with DHFL where she was in charge of design, delivery and execution of core HR programmes.
Dasan was also Vice President, Human Resources, at Zee Entertainment Enterprise Ltd and was leading the responsibilities of HR Practices across the country.
In her new role at ANN, Dasan will lead the HR team across the ABP News Network, working closely with the business in driving the people agenda.
On the appointment, Avinash Pandey, CEO, ABP News Network, said: “I would like to extend a hearty welcome to Kavita at ABP News Network. Her vast experience in talent development, organizational culture and change management will ensure that we have the right expertise in place. I’m looking forward to work with her in helping our talent flourish and build capabilities for the future.”
Dasan did her BCom from Delhi University in 1998 and has a degree in Human Resources from IIM Ahmedabad. She has worked in several media HR wings, including Times of India and Times Internet.
