BCCI names IPL COO Hemang Amin as Interim CEO

BCCI has appointed Hemang Amin as the Interim CEO of the cricket board, according to media reports. Amin is also the IPL COO.
The move comes after Rahul Johri stepped down from the role of the Board Chief last week.
Johri has stepped down as BCCI CEO. He had put down his papers after the Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) made way for the Sourav Ganguly-led set-up.
According to media reports, the board employees were informed about Amin’s appointment on Monday.
