Group President Dhunji Wadia retires from Rediffusion
Chief Creative Officer, Rahul Jauhari and Chief Strategy Officer, Navonil Chatterjee, have taken over as joint presidents
Rediffusion’s Group President, Dhunji Wadia, has retired from the agency. Following his retirement, Rahul Jauhari, chief creative officer and Navonil Chatterjee, chief strategy officer, have taken over as joint presidents of the group.
Wadia joined the group in 2010 where he managed Everest and then in late 2014 as President of the Rediffusion Y&R group. He has over 25 years of experience in the business, and was associated with major national and international brands such as Parle, Tata, Unilever, Nike, Levi Strauss, Diamond Trading Co, Kellogg, Aditya Birla Group, Sony Entertainment Television – Max and SAB, and Kotak, to name a few.
The agency has revised its management structure as it has decided to go independent with founders Arun Nanda and Ajit Balakrishan buying back 40 per cent shares held by Y&R and Dentsu.
Rediffusion recently bagged the coveted State Bank of India account.
