Harsh Deep Chhabra to head Mindshare Fulcrum  

Ajay Mehta, Nikhil Mayne and Samraat Kakkar to take on new leadership roles in major rejig announced by Mindshare

Harsh Deep Chhabra is the new head of Mindshare Fulcrum, taking over from Premjeet Sodhi, who has moved to Wavemaker as its Chief Growth Officer. Chhabra takes on the role of Senior Vice President, Mindshare Fulcrum, with immediate effect. In his last five years in the company, Chhabra has played an instrumental role in the growth of team Fulcrum at Mindshare and ensuring value creation for Hindustan Unilever. He has also played a critical role in managing the strategic digital mandate. 

Chhabra has been with Mindshare since 2015 and prior to that he was associated with GroupM for five years. Chhabra has also handled investor relations during his stint at ZEEL. 

Ajay Mehta

Mindshare announced the major rejig of leadership roles today, picking new leaders who have all been groomed from within the agency. Ajay Mehta, Vice President, Mindshare Fulcrum, moves to the role of Senior Vice President, Content+. In his new role, Mehta will take on national responsibilities for Entertainment & Sports (ESP), Branded Content, Music & IP Creation along with the Experiential Marketing practice. His responsibilities also include South Asia Content+ mandate for Unilever.

Nikhil Mayne

Nikhil Mayne has been designated Vice President, Content+. His responsibilities include developing the Social Media practice and driving the creation of Agile content that powers performance marketing. He will also drive the ESP & Branded Content practice for m/SIX India.

Samraat Kakkar

Samraat Kakkar, who has driven the Digital practice for Mindshare North & East, will take on the role of Vice President, Neo India. Neo deals with Performance Marketing globally and partners Mindshare in driving integrated solutions for clients across Brand & Demand.
