Kedar Apte has been appointed the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of RBML. RBML is a joint venture between Reliance & bp for fuels and mobility in India. It operates under the 'Jio-bp' brand.
Apte was earlier the Vice President of Marketing at Castrol India. He held this post for more than four years.
He joined Castrol in 2011 and worked in multiple marketing roles. Apte has been responsible for some award-winning campaigns such as Castrol Truck Asana and Super Mechanic.
He was also conferred with the e4m CMO of the Year award.
