Nestle proposes extending CMD Suresh Narayanan’s tenure till 2025

The Board of Nestle India is reportedly considering extending present Chairman & Managing Director Suresh Narayan’s tenure, which is supposed to end on July 2020. Media reports suggest that the board has suggested that they extend his tenure for five more years, till July 2025.
Narayanan has been associated with Nestle since 2008 and has held various portfolios across the globe for the conglomerate. He has been Nestle India CMD since August 2015 and his present five-year tenure ends on July 31, 2020.
