Network 18’s Basant Dhawan has stepped down as CEO of English & Business News.  

Speaking to exchange4media, Dhawan said: "It was a great stint at Network18. I am looking forward to a new appointment in Delhi."

Dhawan was leading CNN News18, CNBC TV18, CNBC Awaaz, CNBC Bazaar channels for the group.

Dhawan joined the group in early 2019 from Star India Pvt Ltd where he was working as SVP & Head Emerging Sports -Star Sports.
