Nitin Bawankule has been appointed as Head of Ad Sales at Star India, as per media reports.
Bawankule moves from Google Cloud India where he is Country Director. He will take over his new role from October, reports said.
Bawankule takes over from Amit Chopra who left the position in May.
An IIM Bangalore alumnus, Bawankule has 25 years of experience in the sales and digital field.
He has also been associated with other organisations like Dell, Motorola, Whirlpool India and Godrej GE Appliances.
