Ogilvy South CCO Azazul Haque quits
Haque is the second CCO to have quit Ogilvy in a span of three months, the first being Ajay Gahlaut
Azazul Haque, Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of Ogilvy South, has put in his papers, highly placed sources have told exchange4media. Haque is the second CCO to have quit Ogilvy in a span of three months. The first one was Ajay Gahlaut, who was the CCO, Ogilvy North and Deputy CCO, Ogilvy India.
We reached out to Sonal Dabral, Chief Creative Officer South East and South Asia and Vice Chairman India at Ogilvy, but he refused to comment on the development.
Haque started his career at Lowe Lintas in 2001 and has worked for agencies such as Publicis, Contract Advertising and on campaigns such as ‘khushiyon ki home delivery’ and ‘yeh hai rishto ka time’ for Dominos.
He shifted to Ogilvy in Bombay from Contract Advertising more than five years ago and worked on campaigns for Madhya Pradesh Tourism, which won accolades at Cannes, Titan Raga #FlauntYourFlaw, Rajasthan Tourism, Satyamev Jayate campaign with Aamir Khan, Amazon- Chonkpur Cheetahs, Milton etc.
