Publicis Groupe announces key appointments to its Russia leadership
Sergey Beloglazov has been appointed as Chairman of the management board of Publicis Groupe Russia, while Vladimir Tkachev has been appointed as CEO of Publicis Groupe Russia
Publicis Groupe has announced the appointment of a leadership team in Russia in the ongoing implementation of its country model.
Current CEO of Publicis Media Russia, Sergey Beloglazov has been appointed as Chairman of the management board of Publicis Groupe Russia, while CEO, of Publicis Communications Russia, Vladimir Tkachev has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Publicis Groupe Russia. Both Beloglazov and Tkachev will report to Jarek Ziebinski, CEO, Publicis Groupe Northern & Central Europe.
The appointments follow Publicis Groupe's announcement that it plans to extend its country model in all areas where it is present. In this endeavour, the company has appointed leaders in eight important markets, namely: North America, the United Kingdom, France, DACH (Germany, Switzeland, and Austria), Northern and Central Europe, Southern Europe, Asia Pacific & Middle East/Africa and Latin America.
In his new role as Chairman of the Publicis Groupe Russia's management board, Beloglazov will be tasked with driving the strategic direction of the business, and bolster collaboration and necessary support, and strengthen relationships within Publicis Groupe, with clients and suplliers.
Vladimir Tkachev will oversee the country's P&L, as well as manage all operations and teams, and push the Power of One synergies across Publicis Groupe Russia.
Speaking on the new appointments Jarek Ziebinski, CEO, Publicis Groupe Northern & Central Europe said, “This announcement formalises a collaborative working relationship among Vladimir, Sergey and their teams. In a collaborative effort, Sergey Beloglazov, Vladimir Tkachev and the Publicis Groupe Russia management board will boost the integration of the Groupe’s capabilities to deliver greater value to existing clients and win the trust of new ones. They also aim to nuture and develop existing talents within the Groupe and attract the best talents from the market, as well as drive further improvement in its resources management across disciplines and solutions.
