Rajendra Dwarkadas Hingwala has been appointed as Additional Independent Director of DEN Networks, media reports have said.
The appointment has been approved by the board, as per the company filing in BSE.
Hingwala has been appointed for a term of three years.
He has earlier been associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt Ltd as Director.
