WPP has announced that its wholly owned global digital agency, Wunderman, has acquired 2Sales International SA, an e-commerce consulting agency.

2Sales supports global brands in building their business on Amazon. It will become part of Wunderman’s growing global commerce offering, Wunderman Commerce. 2Sales employs 66 people in Luxembourg and is a one-stop Amazon solution that utilises automated processes to optimise content generation, sales and promotions across eight international Amazon platforms. Its clients include Acco, Columbia, Fiskars and SC Johnson.

The acquisition further strengthens Wunderman Commerce’s Amazon expertise across supply chain, operations and assortment planning, content/search optimisation and promotional management, particularly in European markets where Amazon’s market share is growing rapidly, the company said in a statement.

Wunderman Commerce employs over 1,000 global e-commerce experts including strategists, technologists and creatives in addition to over 50 software and technology partners. It brings together WPP’s leading commerce agencies – Salmon, Gorilla Group, POSSIBLE Commerce and Marketplace Ignition – under the Wunderman brand.
