Zee Media to invest Rs 8.76cr in Newsreach
The investment is expected to be completed by June 30, as per media reports
Zee Media has struck an agreement with Newsreach, as per which the media company will invest Rs 8.76 crore in the PR firm, as per media reports.
The investment will be done through its subsidiary IDPL by subscribing to equity shares and convertible equity-linked instruments belonging to Newsreach.
The deal is expected to be completed by June 30 and will be carried out through subscription to equity shares.
