Apple Inc has said software company Corellium has copied the operating system of iPhone and iPad and other aspects of the devices, media reports said.
Apple has filed a lawsuit recently and has asked a federal judge to stop the violations.
In the complaint reported by media networks, Apple has said: “Although Corellium paints itself as providing a research tool for those trying to discover security vulnerabilities and other flaws in Apple’s software, Corellium’s true goal is profiting off its blatant infringement.”
On the other hand, Corellium, in a on its website had said, the company “respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same”.
