Beerud Sheth, CEO, Gupshup said, “The demonetization, while good for the country, is also causing a temporary inconvenience. To help citizens understand and adjust to these changes, we have launched a chat bot that explains the details in a simple conversational interface. This is a new way to explain the new money.”
