RP Sanjiv Goenka Group has acquired a 51% majority stake in Editorji, the online news platform.
Founder Vikram Chandra said in a tweet that he will continue to be the MD while Airtel/HT will remain investors.

According to media reports, Sanjiv Goenka, Chairman, RPSG, has said that his group were working on starting a digital news venture and hence Editorji appeared to be a “readymade opportunity”.
The RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group recently forged a deal with Fortune Media Group, the publishers of Fortune Magazine, to publish Fortune in India.
