Siddharth Kedia steps down as CEO of Nodwin Gaming
During his four year term he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction
Nodwin Gaming, the gaming and esports subsidiary of Nazara Technologies, has announced the departure of Siddharth Kedia from his role as Chief Executive Officer after a distinguished four-year tenure. Kedia, who had assumed the position in 2019, played a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction during his term.
Following Kedia's departure, Nodwin Gaming is undergoing a strategic reshuffle in its leadership. Karandeep Singh, the Chief Financial Officer of the company, will now oversee responsibilities related to acquisitions and investor relations.
Concurrently, Nodwin Gaming's co-CEO, Gautam Singh Virk, will assume control over the operational aspects of the role, ensuring a seamless transition of duties.
Prior to his role at Nodwin Gaming, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Deputy Chief Commercial Officer at Viacom18 for two and a half years. During his tenure, he also shouldered additional responsibilities in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and data sciences. Before his stint at Viacom18, Kedia held key positions, including CEO – Digital (Non-News) and Head – Corporate Strategy for Network18. He also worked closely with the board of Network18 and the Chairman's office at Reliance Industries. In 2007, he co-founded Ambit Pragma Ventures, a private equity firm specializing in providing growth capital to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), where he established the firm's media and entertainment practice.
