Video sharing service Roposo, backed by global venture capitalists Tiger Global and Bertelsmann, has been sued by music comany T-Series in Delhi High Court for alleged violation of copyright of its songs, according to media rights.
T-Series has alleged that Roposo illegally extracting copyrighted songs belonging to T-Series from the phones and devices of its users, said reports.
T-Series has also further claimed that Roposo was illegally compiling its songs into a music library and using them for video advertisements and contests.
