With JWT India and GroupM dominating the Industry Leadership Conclave, it looks like WPP agencies are here to enjoy GoaFest to the hilt. Officials from all JWT India offices are in South Goa right now – we understand around 250 delegates are here from the agency.

And the pleasant surprise package is JWT’s Asia President Michael Maedel, who would be around for all three days of the event.
The jury, too, had unusual faces like Tista Sen and Anuja Chauhan from JWT India this year.
We also understand that JWT would have much to cheer on the awards nights too.
And from GroupM – right from GroupM, South Asia, CEO, Vikram Sakhuja to Mindshare MD R Gowthaman along with other Mindshare officials, Motivator MD Rajul Kulshreshtha, CTG’s Prasanth Kumar and ESP’s Hiren Pandit – the whole gang is here. Maxus’s Ajit Varghese is also joining the Festival soon. And again, we understand that GroupM, too, has much to cheer about tonight.
From delegates to entries to, as some say, even the metals, WPP agencies would make quite a splash at GoaFest this year.
The one place where WPP doesn’t steal the show is the speaker line-up, which has a mix of names from TBWA, BBH, Starcom MediaVest Group and W+K, among others.
