Airtel Digital TV now offers 14 Real HD channels
Airtel Digital TV has announced the addition of ESPN HD and Star Cricket HD to its Real HD portfolio, taking its Real HD channel count to 14, the highest in India.
Airtel Digital TV, the DTH service from Bharti Airtel, has announced the addition of ESPN HD and Star Cricket HD to its Real HD portfolio. With this, Airtel Digital TV has augmented its Real HD channel count to 14, the highest in India.
Additionally, Airtel Digital TV will also now offer 242 Standard Definition (SD) channels from a total count of 275.

Airtel viewers can now have access to Real High Definition (HD) experience for NGC, Discovery, Movies Now, Star Gold, Star Movies, Star Plus, Star World, UTV Stars HD, History TV18 HD, Colors HD, CNBC-TV18 Prime HD, Ten HD, ESPN HD and Star Cricket HD.
The new channels – ESPN HD and Star Cricket HD – will be available to all customers on channels No. 220 and No. 221, respectively.
Ten HD, available at Channel No. 223, will be a part of the top HD channels priced at Rs 34, inclusive of tax, per month, whereas ESPN HD and Star Cricket HD will be available at Rs 40 each or as a combo pack for Rs 55 per month.
To add any of these channels, customers need to send an SMS, ‘ADD channel number’, from their registered telephone number to 54325. Alternately, customers can order the channels from Self Care on the web-www.airtel.in/digitaltv or through the Self Care application on their mobile phone. Customers also have an option of three language interfaces on their Programme Guide to chose from – English, Hindi and Tamil.
