EFI appoints Rajeev Dubey as National President
The major task ahead, acc to Dubey, is to work with all stakeholders to create an ecosystem that would not only make India globally competitive but also ensure equality
Rajeev Dubey, President Group HR and After-Market and Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra and Mahindra has been appointed National President of the Employers’ Federation of India (EFI).
EFI aims to protect, promote and champion the interests of industrial employees in the areas of industrial relations, labour problems and cognate matters.
“As a distinguished member of corporate India and the HR fraternity, Rajeev will bring significant experience to his new role as National President of the EFI,” said Sharad Patil, Secretary General, EFI.
“I am sure he will endeavour to retain EFI's position as India's premier federation of employers, an apex body respected by all its stakeholders – the trade unions, the government and the communities with which the member companies engage,” added Patil.
According to Dubey, the major task ahead for EFI is to work with all its stakeholders to create an ecosystem that would not only make India globally competitive based on innovation but also ensure fairness and equality for all concerned.
