Komli Media has announced the appointment of Rakesh Malani as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Malani will be responsible for all of Komli Media’s financial operations, including corporate governance, legal affairs and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he will lead and expand the company’s engagement with the investor community.

Malani brings to Komli Media over two decades of financial leadership experience with technology companies, including Kanbay, Capgemini, AT&T, Oracle and Reliance Industries. He has also co-founded two startups.
