NDTV moves out of Archana Shopping Complex: Report

NDTV has moved out of Archana Shopping Complex, an office that the media company had occupied for over two decades.
Archana Arcade is located in the area of Greater Kailash - I.
According to media reports, the complex served as an office for the operations of Doordarshan.
Adani Group acquired a majority stake in NDTV at the end of 2022. NDTV founders Prannoy Roy and Radhika sold most of their stake in the media company to Adani Group post the acquisition.
According to the regulatory filings made by NDTV then, whle Prannoy Roy transferred 86,65,209 equity shares, Radhika Roy transferred 89,12,467 shares to the Adani group.
