Weber Shandwick named to Advertising Age's 2014 Agency A-List
The agency has been recognised for its Mediaco content publishing unit, collaborative workforce, and innovative client campaigns
Weber Shandwick has been named to Advertising Age’s 2014 Agency A-List. As the only PR firm to make this year’s list of industry innovators, Advertising Age noted that Weber Shandwick’s launch of Mediaco, its content publishing unit, “catapulted it beyond traditional PR”.
“Weber Shandwick is pushing the boundaries of public relations, building and deploying new platforms and nurturing and attracting diverse talent – all resulting in high-impact creative client campaigns,” said Andy Polansky, CEO, Weber Shandwick.
The Advertising Age Agency A-List recognised Weber Shandwick’s development and deployment of standard-setting engagement tools, such as Mediaco, a content-fueled brand publishing solution that transforms companies into media networks. Advertising Age also referenced the firm's collaborative culture and specialised capabilities.
