The inaugural edition of the e4m Real Time Programmatic Awards, set to take place later this week, has released the short list of nominees, selected by an esteemed jury, comprising agency, creative, and marketing heads as well as corporate leadership from some of the leading brands in the country and beyond. The shortlist can be viewed here.

The first-ever edition of the awards had around 140 entries from companies and brands across the board. The awards mean to highlight and celebrate brands, agencies and media groups that have embraced programmatic creative strategies to target viewers with the right offer, at the right time. The awards will be given away in various categories, recognising all aspects such as omnichannel marketing strategy, best branding campaign, most effective brand experience, best use of AI, and paid search ad campaign, among others.

Chaired by entrepreneur and technocrat Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Founder and Vice Chairman, InfoEdge India Ltd, the jury comprised Punit Chahar, Asia Head of Digital Marketing, OLX Autos; Priti Murthy, President, GroupM; Shuvadip Banerjee, Chief Digital Marketing Officer, ITC Limited; Neena Dasgupta, CEO & Director, ZIRCA; Archana Agarwal, Vice President - Brand, Airtel; Ankit Khirwal, Head of Marketing, UpGrad; Ronita Mitra, Founder and Chief Strategist, Brand Eagle Consulting; Deepali Naair, CMO, IBM India; Avinash Janjire, VP-Marketing, Thomas Cook; Jyoti Kumar Bansal, Chief - Branding, Communications, CSR, Sustainability, TATA Power; Aabhinna Suresh Khare - Chief Marketing & Digital Officer-Bajaj Capital Limited; Anisha Motwani- Founder and Director-Storm The Norm Ventures; Anupam Katheriya -Associate Vice President – Marketing and Business Development-Emami; and Tejinder Gill- GM, TheTradeDesk.  

Anita Nayyar, COO- Media & Communications, Patanjali Ayurved Limited, said she enjoyed being part of the jury as during judging all the different entries there’s always something new to learn. “In my mind, this is the first time any kind of platform is doing these kinds of awards, and e4m needs to be lauded for the same,” she said.

Gill also praised the concept of the awards saying it was an honour to be part of the first-ever jury for such a new, but already vital, element of marketing. “It was great to see all the entries coming in and the kind of creative work being done in this area. All the winners deserve these awards.”

The conference and awards are scheduled for July 22, 2022, at Jio World Convention Centre, BKC, Mumbai.
